As Visit Cornwall’s new video shows, Cornwall has re-opened to visitors and welcomes them back. This is the latest video we have created for Visit Cornwall in its campaign to keep the public informed during the pandemic. Its been shared on their website and social media and with news outlets. They have worked hard throughout the pandemic to provide clear information and they recognise video as a great way to communicate. And they are right, on Facebook alone it has had over 160,000 views in just 2 weeks.
Visit Cornwall’s New Video
Because its their priority is to keep everyone safe, Visit Cornwall wanted a video that explained the new measures according to government guidance. Their campaign message is ‘Think, Plan, Book and Stay Safe’ so our video demonstrates what visitors should anticipate when they arrive. Pre-booking is essential and it was really important to communicate this. As well as including some of Cornwall’s many beauty spots, we featured on-line booking and contactless payment. Essentially, the video is all about preparing and reassuring people. We used existing and new footage, creating the film in time for the July 4th unlock.
This is the second video we have produced for the campaign. You may have seen our #seeyousoon video for Visit Cornwall in April, which urged visitors to stay away from Cornwall for the time being in the midst of the Coronavirus pandemic.
