Glenholt Park Ad, as seen on TV!

Our latest television production is an advertisement for Barton Park Homes. This advert promotes Glenholt Park, an area of residential park homes in Plymouth.

Glenholt Park offers their retired and semi-retired customers an affordable home in the heart of the Devon countryside. Residents live in modern, spacious homes in a beautiful location on the edge of Dartmoor. However, with excellent links to Plymouth City Centre, the homes perfectly balance convenience and tranquillity.

In order to capture this essence for TV, we used high-quality footage of the homes and nearby landscapes. Alongside the stunning visuals, we featured the calm voice of Emma Clarke, a voice-over artist. In the advert, she invites viewers to be a resident at Glenholt Park. The film features actual footage of the residents relaxing and chatting with their neighbours which captured the atmosphere of the park perfectly.

We are happy to report that the advertisement has been broadcast throughout July 2018 on ITV. Originally, our connection with Barton Park Homes traces back to a video we created showcasing Glenholt Park on online platforms. Following this work, they got in touch with us to produce a TV advert for Barton Park Homes’ other residential location, Seascapes Park.

As a result of the advert being a success for the new park in Somerset, they commissioned us to produce a TV format of the previous Glenholt Park video.
