Here at Soundview we demonstrated VR video created for Hangloose Adventures in Cornwall and the South West Coast Path. In a room full of exhibitors and visitors, it was understandably a real magnet.

Our fourth appearence at this annual event, Soundview really wanted to attract lots of visitors. And in previous years we have done that through showing our promotional videos created for our clients. We have also featured our aerial video Drone. And although our drone wasn’t there this year (it was busy flying over Torquay, capturing the English Riviera) this year we had that something extra to offer. We were shared our immersive VR video with some of our existing clients, collaborators and the public.

This innovation is very popular. The technology involved captures 360 degree video via 6 cameras. The images are then cleverly knitted together by some super software. Then the final film that can be viewed though a headset for a fully immersive experience.. It’s the next best thing to being there. You can see our blogs on VR video below:
