Seascapes Park Advert
The homes are on the coast of Somerset overlooking the Severn Estuary. The location is peaceful and there are fantastic views of the Welsh coast. In addition, the homes are built to a high specification and each is individually designed.
Of course, our advert had to convey the quality of these unique homes and connect with the target audience. Also, we had to ensure that viewers got a good sense of the location. So we filmed over a number of days earlier this summer, capturing the site and the views.
Seascapes, a Barton Park Development
This is our second video for Barton Park and was really pleased when they came back to us to make their advert. Because Seascapes Park is a new development, they were keen to convey all of the advantages to choosing a Seascapes home.
We used our drone to capture aerial video of the Somerset coastline as well as interview residents who already enjoy life in a Barton Park community.
Barton Park originally got in touch with us to create a video for their Devon residential park Glenholt Park. The video is on their Glenholt website and is sent to prospective clients. It gives an insight into the reasons people choose a Glenholt home.
When you watch the video it is easy to understand why with the well-maintained sites, great views, sense of belonging and security. It’s great to see our work on TV.
