On the August bank holiday, the campsite was in full swing and we got to speak to some visitors who were enjoying their holiday. Children staying there told us: “I love running around, coming here, the barbecue, toasting marshmallows, playing board games, and staying in a caravan. “And we loved filming there too!
Video success using aerial video marketing destinations
We were pleased to hear how happy Jules, the owner, was with the success of the video.
“Thank you for a great job that has without a doubt seen our bookings increase this year and been a very worthwhile investment.”
They have published the video online, in time for the start of the season. So far, they have had 60,000 views on Facebook and over 100 shares. This is great news for the campsite and we’re sure it’s going to be their busiest summer yet! With their ‘free-range’ camping, it is a get-away with no thrills, but instead, good old back to basics camping.
To give you a break away from the busy life at home and get you ‘chilling out in Cheddar’. Our personal favourite thing was the campsite fires handed out to visitors around the site- perfect for roasted marshmallows. It’s a lovely touch that makes everyone feel part of a great community at the campsite.
