Mitch Tonks at Elberry Cove
Who else better than the seafood ambassador himself to show us how to rustle up a delicious fish dish on a beach bbq. An acclaimed chef and restaurateur, Mitch bought his years of experience to the au savage cooking session. He’s passionate about seafood and has made it his mission to share that with others. So he was the perfect person to capture on camera, as he talks us through a `how to’.
Our video shows how to cook a fresh mackerel on a BBQ. Sea Kayak Devon, sourced key ingredients and even foraged for the salad to accompany the fish. Sorrel, wild fennel and samphire were some of the wonderfully tasting ingredients picked along the sea coast. Squashed blackberries were added as a finishing touch to the salad.
Aerial video is great for this kind of shoot. So of course our drone captured the location, Elberry Cove. This beach lies between Paignton and Brixham and is surrounded by woodland and fields.
Videos to Promote Destinations
Soundview work with a number of prestigious South West tourism destinations and attractions. We create videos to show what makes the region great. And we have done so for over 8 years. Each project is unique and we always capture the South West at its very best. This summer we spent some time filming with the English Riviera, The Mendips ANOB and Visit Dorset.
Benefits of a ‘How To’ video
A How-to video can really engage with your customers and followers on social media. It is a popular way that gets the message across well. Consumers are always on the look out for useful tips and advice, especially quick and easy recipes to show off to friends and family.
