The Trevor bell exhibition was the last that Trevor worked on before his death in 2017. A significant artist who famously worked in the 1950s in St Ives Cornwall, he helped establish British art on the international scene. With artists such as Ben Nicholson and Barbara Hepworth, St Ives was at that time the epicentre of British abstract art.

Our videos capture the changes from behind the scenes as Plymouth’s museum and art gallery transform into a new cultural centre. The Box will open to the public in 2020. It will bring together collections that once were scattered throughout the city. And all in time for the 2020 Mayflower celebrations.
