Virtual Plymouth
We originally created the 360 VR videos of Plymouth for a number of clients, including Visit South Devon. As well as featuring on their websites, the videos are currently on our Stay at Home Vimeo channel, created in response to the Covid 19. We set up the channel during lockdown, so that people could still access their favourite destinations, virtually at least. Our clients were more than happy to share their videos both on the Stay at Home channel and with Visit Plymouth. The videos featured on the Visit Plymouth page include Tinside Lido, Smeatons Tower and the Hoe, The Barbican and rock pooling at Wembury. We captured the locations over the previous two summers. Its great that they are reaching audiences through the virtual Plymouth site at this time.
VR Video Plymouth
Some years ago we realised the potential of 360 Virtual Reality video. Recent projects range from interactive 360 aerial video to fully immersive Virtual Reality tours and experiences. Soundview are pioneers in the use of interactive virtual tours to improve access as well as in the visualisation of big data in VR. We continue to develop the use of 360 VR for our clients.
