iLead Plymouth: People Power is the idea behind a new and exciting scheme launched in Plymouth. In order to tap into and develop creative leadership in Plymouth, a cohort of 17  industry leaders have been selected from across the city. Those 17, including Soundview’s Managing Director Gareth Allen, will come together to collaborate on ideas for Plymouth’s future.
